Here’s what a few verified purchasers at Amazon have said already about the Guitar Hand Grip.

Just finished setting up my teenage son’s “man cave” and this was perfect! It’s easy to install, but you do need a drill to get it started. It sits perfectly on the wall and holds the guitar well. It has padding where the guitar sits and on the wrist part that goes on the wall. My son loved it, it’s a conversation piece and his friends got a big kick out of it. Love the detail on the hand.

I bought this for my husband as a gift and he loved it! It seems to be well made. It looks really creepy on the wall and very real up close. I got 3 different colors this time and plan to get atleast one of each color in the future! The only thing was that we had to wait to put them up because we didnt have a drill so we had to go buy one. But it was worth the money.

Guitar Grip Blue Right Hand

OK, this is just amazingly cool – if you like it in the pictures – you will love it in person! I bought it for a very picky guitar person (no pun intended) and he loves it! I actually bought this one and “grip studios male guitar grip hanger right hand” – even though they are different, they work very well as a pair. One holds his acoustic guitar the other his electric.

“It looks really creepy on the wall and very real up close”.

“It’s a freaking hand coming out of the wall and holding my guitar for me – how cool is that? It looks amazing, lots of detail, very sturdy, easy to install – i love it”.

“Was looking for something to hang my guitar with that was cooler than a simple hooks you usually see. This thing is perfect. The red is a nice dark metallic color”.

“There is a rubberized black covering between the thumb and forefinger, where the guitar actually rests, so it doesn’t scratch up the headstock of your guitar”.

You weren’t kidding with the title of this blog post! These really are very cool guitar wall hangers! I haven’t seen these before but I really like the “ride the lightning” one. I went ahead to the link that you provided. Trust me to pick one of the most expensive one’s! It’s very tempting, it is really very cool.

Have you had experience with these? Do they come with good fittings? I would hate my guitar to fall off the wall!

    • Pete says:

The Ride The Lightning is one of my fave’s too Andrew, and when you look at the detail on some of the others it’s tempting not to pick several from the whole range.

At present, I don’t have any experience with the Guitar Grip Wall Hangers, hence I would advise folks take a look at the reviews to reckon up if it’s worth the buy. There are hundreds of reviews, mostly positive for the Guitar Grips, and that’s what impresses me here to write about this product on my blog.

Finding a good wall to screw the fixing in should do the trick, and being sure the screw purchases into the studding and not just hung through the plasterboard will hold your guitars securely in place, I would curse severely if one of my guitars fell away and suffered a splintered body.

I will be doing reviews very soon starting with Metal for Men Cologne. The coming months will see an unboxing video and product tests for many things here at RocknMetalCollectables, so please stay tuned.

Cheers Andrew, for looking in today,

      Very best,

      Pete.

These hand shaped guitar wall hangers are amazing! My friend’s birthday is coming up and he is a singer/guitar player.

I am looking for something guitar related, but that is also unique.

I think I have found the perfect gift! The price is also quite good as well. I may have to get 2. I am very i pressed with the selection as well.

    Thanks so much.

    • Pete says:

Hey Simone, thanks for visiting this post on the Cool Guitar Grips from Guitar Grip studios.

Way above anything else I’ve seen these Cool Guitar Wall Hangers look the business, & what could be better than have one or two of the handy little grabbers holding up your friends guitars to make it look that good! I’ve just discovered a skull one that’s even more impressive than the Grip Reaper. I love the Silver Metallic looking Metal Mayhem, but now it seems the Guitar Grips line is getting bigger and better. Guitar Grips do indeed have an impressive selection, check out their website.

And hey, don’t thank me, Thank You for visiting & leaving a comment today.

      Very best,

      Pete.

I couldn’t believe this product when I stumbled accross your website. This is such a cool gadget that I had to share on my facebook page. I can’t imagine anyone who collects rock guitars not to want these to hang their collections. What a great product!
Can they be designed by a customer to suit their preferences? Thanks so much!

    • Pete says:

Hey Rachel, Thanks for visiting Cool Wall Hangers post today!

They look mint don’t they?, and even better Guitar Grip Studios are upping production getting more in stock. There’s more in their line of products with the details looking well impressive. You can display your guitars whilst keeping them safely off the floor and the guitar grip is not hard to install. Your question? Well, there’s no harm in emailing or giving Guitar Grip Studios a phone call & asking for a custom job. They’d need to make a mould to work on your spec, and I’m guessing it would be pricey.

      Thanks again Rachel.

Nice to see you here, glad you liked the post & thank you so much for sharing!

      Take care,

      Pete.

  • John Rico says:

Thank uiu for this article. I’m looking for something that i can use to put my guitar on. The guitar stand is kinda big space and I only have small space. I like this guitar wall hanger the design is cool. But I have some questikns. How much is it? Any other suggestions? Does this fit on acoustic guitar?

    • Pete says:

Hi there john, thanks for coming here today!

The good thing about the Guitar Grip Wall Hangers is that they can save you space. Assuming that you don’t have much floor area, the Guitar Grip is ideal to solve this problem. If you hang your guitars they’ll look cool as a display, and with the added attraction of one of these superbly detailed hand grips, your friend are going to love ’em.

The Prices over at Amazon are from as little as $36.00 at the time of this post and retail mostly on the $40.00 mark for the range. You could also go to Guitar Grip Studios and see their listings.

Unfortunately I can’t find any Acoustic versions from Guitar Grip Studios to help you out. I think this is a market they should look into as there seems quite a demand for people to hang up their non electric guitars.

Thanks again john, I hope you find what you are looking for.

      All the very best,

      Pete.
